Raul got his undergraduate in Puerto Rico, and his masters at the New School (Mannes College) in trumpet performance. Raul is a diverse player that has his foot in both the classical, jazz, and flamenco world. He has performed with your wonderful co-host (Dalton McLaughlin), and famous groups such as People of Earth, Puerto Rico Symphony, Puerto Rico Ballet, Wynton Marsalis, and on Broadway for Moulin Rouge. Raul's perspective on being a diverse musician was incredible. This episode is a most for anyone looking to develop skills in various genres.
