Les Patterson is a business mentor, speaker, and storyteller who empowers leaders to intentionally create their own story of GREATNESS. Les launched Red Edge Mentoring in 2016 at a time when many were telling him he would not make it. It was a hard story he even believed for a while himself. Les now confidently embraces his story of GREATNESS and leads others through his Red Edge Mastermind programs.

Les is a 24 year Army National Guard Veteran, father of 3 boys who are also veterans, two lovely daughters, and grandfather of two. He and his wife Elisa have been married for 33 years and make their home in beautiful Cache Valley in northern Utah.
