Clint Bartlett is the co-owner of Dynamic Properties, alongside Jeff Cohn. Dynamic Properties is a real estate solutions company based out of Nebraska. They are a family-owned business and focus on helping homeowners find solutions for their problem, whether they’re going through a foreclosure, can’t sell their property, or just need to sell their house. Clint got a degree in social work because he thought it was the easiest, and there were a lot of females in the program. During his last semester at school, he realized being in social work meant living on the poverty line. He ended up interviewing at random places and got a job at Frito Lay in California. Clint worked as a front-line manager of the Funyun department with Frito Lay. Eventually, Clint realized he was stuck in his career and knew he wasn’t meant to work for someone else. Regular people can do very well in the real estate business. Clint saw how ordinary people who weren’t that smart could excel in real estate investments.
