018: How to write the opening lines of a call script.

Listen Later

Today we do a detailed breakdown of how to write the opening lines of a call script. We discuss elements to consider in the pre-decision maker stage, post decision maker stage, and how to end or close a call.
The idea is to as smoothly as possible get to two important "intersections" that determine the outcome of the call. These intersections inform actions such as - letting go of a non-interested prospect, sending follow-up information, following up in the future, or arranging the details to move forward with a currently interested prospect.
