Ken Hogue started with Charlotte FD in 1991, but as you'll see on the show his start in the fire service was earlier.  Nearly 20 years in the Captain spot for CFD, teaching across the country, and serving as Battalion Chief, Ken has some wisdom.  We talk about his beginning and he gives a few thoughts on leadership and mental health. We are also joined by Captain Kacy Cardinale of San Francisco FD, and Tommy Billing retired Captain from Charlotte FD.
