What is a plant-based diet? Why do people transition to this lifestyle? Is this a healthy lifestyle or a fad? Will this lifestyle break the bank? Is it sustainable long term? These are many of the questions I sought to know professionally as a nutritionist and personally as the health advocate of my home. In today’s episode, I share what I learned over two year period, one year of professional study, and another year of personal exploration through application in my own life.
