- Calorie banking.
   

   

- Focus on weekly calories v daily calories.
   

    

- Compensate for a bigger meal by either having a smaller meal or skipping another meal.
   

     

- Maintain high activity levels (exercise & steps).
   

    

- Base your meals around servings of protein and veggies.
    


- Swap out carbs for veggies.

      

     


- Choose lean meats instead of fatty cuts.

      

- Limit the amount of add ons you have (starters, sides, desserts etc).
     

    

- Eat high volume low calorie foods such as salads.

   

    

- Fasting / Windowed Eating
