#018 - Riding in the rain

In todays episode I'm talking about how the weather was like today (boring right ?! :D ), which kind of interval training I will try next, when we will know if the steep uphill interval training acutally improved my riding performance and I give you a little hint about "my" hack to get better on the downhill part instantly.
Note: I'm talking about the third type of interval training: 1 minute extreme uphill, 20 minutes of rest, I actualy meant 1 minute extreme uphill, 20 seconds of rest
