An opening note: Our goal in this episode was to tell folks in the LGBTQIA community that we love them. We hope we were respectful. If you have any comments, please send them our way. We always want to learn how to love people better.
- Holly & Donna
THIS WEEK… Donna gets her lawn mowed and Holly can't figure out how to edit it out. Donna and Holly talk about how they’ve personally failed the LGBTQIA community and how the church as a whole has failed the LGBTQIA community. Donna wants to lock her daughter (the one she doesn’t have) in a box? What does the concept of original sin mean for those with a propensity for addiction and the idea of being born gay? Should Christians attend gay weddings? Are Levitical Laws still sin, even if they are forgiven? Are tattoos a sin? What “secular” songs (Devil’s tunes, if you will) move Holly to worship? Also, Holly explains how Christians should interact with nonChristians through the ideas of Capitalism and Socialism- Was Jesus a socialist? (For reference verses used in this episode, scroll down to the bottom.)
What else is there???? This stuff:
Gay marriage
Transgendered bathroom bills
Violence committed agains those in the LGBTQIA community
Letting the world exist as it is
Sex education
Conversion therapy

Fluidity of gender and sexuality
Is bisexuality selfish?

Accountability
Abstinence only education
Legislating morality
Saving souls v makin’ people act right
