Like maybe it's just way harder, or perhaps everyone around you seems to be experiencing so much more joy than you are and you are left wondering how things can be better?

Well often the answer is to re-connect with our love for the actual work itself, and re-discover what we got started in it for in the first place. So often we feel like when we love something it should just flow easily, and whilst there is some truth in that, what matters for longevity always takes continual effort and a vision for what really matters.
