In this episode I give you some information about fasting.
Whether you call it Fasting / Intermittent Fasting / IF / Time Restricted Eating / Eating Window / 5:2 Fasting.
All fasting boils down to is eating all of your meals / calories for the day within a certain eating window.
Some common examples of eating windows are...
8:16 (8 Hour Eating Window : 16 Hours Fasting).
6:18 (6 Hour Eating Window : 18 Hours Fasting).
You can also use other eating windows such as 10 hours or 4 hours.

Some other points I wish I touched on but didn't...
- While fasting still make sure you're eating enough protein & veggies.
- Don't go super low calorie as it's unsustainable & unhealthy. If you're struggling to eat enough food within your eating window you may need to increase it.
- Fasting might help you get used to having food cravings and being able to say no to them. This may be hard in the beginning but try to stick with it.
- You can drink water and black coffee during your fast but not any other liquids that have calories such as teas, coffees etc.
