Today I want to address this feeling that getting more done is the only way, the only choice you have, to solve the issues or the resistance that you’re experiencing in your business (or life).
You may have heard me talk about the nervous system before, and the flight-fight-freeze response – but I think that a bit of repetition never hurts when it comes to this stuff and I don’t think I’ve gone this deep into how it increases the tendency to overwork.
