I once heard Tony Robbins ask a question to an audience, “How many people like surprises?”
Many hands in the group went up. He replied that was complete BS. I was confused for a moment until he clarified.
We only want surprises that we like. Nobody wants a terrible surprise. Nobody wants the surprise of a leak in our home when we get back from work. Nobody wants a surprise of waking up in severe pain or losing our job.

In today’s episode, I share 3 skills to overcoming obsession.
Enjoy!
