Ive known Coach Izzi Metz for close to 20 years and was so exited when he was able to be a guest on the BCLE (Be Contagious Leadership Experience)! Izzi is what they call in the basketball profession, a grinder - he has coached at the High School, NCAA division 3 and division 1 levels.
