This week we look at the inner child with the Six of Cups Tarot card, together we'll use the energy of our chosen card to talk about what the inner child is and how we can look after it better, so it can look after us. 

Tarot Journal Prompts

  • Prompt 1: What did you absolutely love doing as a child and when was the last time you did it? Write down 5 things that brought you joy as a kid.
  • Prompt 2: What were you afraid of as a child and are you still afraid of those things?
  • Prompt 3: If you could go back in time and give your child self anything, it could be something physical, something emotional, a gift, a bit of advice, anything, what would it be and why?
  • Prompt 4: Is there anything from your childhood that you are still holding onto, something you haven’t forgiven or feel like you’ve moved on from?
