Superpowers and Purpose! 
Today I chat to Spencer Holt, great friend, colleague and Head of the Commercial Innovation Learning Centre for Astra Zeneca. In a world of constant change, our technical skills are outweighed by the need for our superpowers of imagination, curiosity, resilience and collaboration combined with a strong sense of purpose to guide us and others through the turmoil.
