🔥[02-12] Defining obstacles and mapping your attention toward your goals

Melanie Annan: It would just be great to check in and say Hi - but also to talk through my discoveries in doing the 5 Day Focus Challenge.

  • Build your next chapter around what exists now while pursuing things and projects that are meaningful to you. But accept that it’s also going to be different.
  • With your set goal, identify the real obstacle before scheduling anything and ask what is truly stopping you.
  • Decide consciously and practice strategic imbalance. Choose which plate gets more time whether it’s meaningful writing or spontaneous experiences.
  • Create an attention map for one ideal week. Decide in advance where your energy goes from morning to night on a normal day.
  • Manage your attention, energy and emotion before going deep with time management.
