- Don’t expect every paycheck job to fulfill your soul and feed your passion. Use autonomy, authentic connection, advocacy, and spiritual alignment as a filter to spot opportunities versus distractions.
- Reframe commercial or UGC work as skill building if you value learning new languages and expanding your toolbox.
- Ask what they truly need on day one so you can align expectations instead of fueling imposter syndrome.
- Gauge how they see their content and notice if their enthusiasm matches your need for authenticity.
- After all the analysis, listen to your intuition and trust your gut when something feels off.
