Kalika Sharma: Feeling really stuck on several personal creative projects & hope best to approach them. Need to find an approach that suits my “Rebel-Obliger” with sprinting tendencies. Also feel like I’m aiming above my ability level which is fun but also really scary.

• Stop spinning five creative projects and choose less but better, reducing everything to what is both important and urgent.
• Move projects from someday to eventually, giving yourself permission to deprioritize without quitting.
• If everything is important, focus on the thing that's the most urgent. Filter every task through important and urgent, and if it fails either test, you do not work on it today.
• Focus on one project between now and tomorrow, closing every other tab, dock, and shiny object that tempts your rebel brain.
• Figure out your version of cruise control. Design the right kind of difficult, creating enough urgency to move, but not so much that you burn out at 150 miles an hour. 
• Build stronger guardrails around your week, assigning specific days for growth, exploration, or execution, and refusing to pull random threads.
