This week I am joined by Robin Walker from Green Robin Solutions and after much joking around, we eventually get to why business processes and streamlining your tasks are so important to create a consistent customer experience and give your customers confidence in what you do.
It's all about turning the plate spinning mess inside your head into consistent processes that you can follow every single time to avoid messing things up and causing yourself much less stress.
I also share my own experience of this very thing and how different the experience is as a customer between a Ford Garage and Halfords.
Robin also shares with you 5 fab tibs to causing yourself less stress and getting things right.
