There are a lot of people out there right now in a period of transition: with jobs suspended or lost, businesses closed that may not reopen, there is a lot of uncertainty out there. We need to stop ourselves from spinning out of control and realize that, if we’re going to have to change directions, it might as well be the direction of our choosing.
