Dr. Valencia Walker is a licensed neonatologist working at Nationwide Children's Hospital. She additionally serves as the Associate Chief Diversity + Health Equity Officer there as well. She is a proud graduate of the Emory School of Medicine - she then went on to complete her pediatrics residency at UT Memphis/LeBonheur Children’s Hospital & St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital + Neonatology Fellowship at University of Cincinnati and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. Her energy is so incredibly uplifting and I absolutely loved having the opportunity to hear about her passion for medicine, community, advocacy + so much more. So thankful for her time on the show!
