Season 2 - Episode 2 - Synopsis:
Mando accepts an NPC Escort Quest to take a Frog Lady with a slow walk speed to Risa to meet her husband. Unfortunately, he notices a canyon on a nearby ice planet and can't resist a low-altitude chase scene. After mostly just whining, the fed up NPC goes for a soak in the frozen hotsprings while the Child casually drops her children into his gaping maw. Speaking of, there's also some real mouthy spiders.
