Following her personal journey through postpartum depression and burnout, she ventured into the realms of personal growth and spirituality in 2015. Cari is an advocate for the mind-body-soul-spirit connection, promoting inner peace through practices such as Reiki, Meditation, and Emotional Release Work. She's currently pursuing training in Spinal Energetics to further her work in relieving stress and emotional tension in the body.
