This week, I'm joined by Louise Lavaroni. Louise is now a senior product manager at Amazon but we first met while working together in the aerospace sector.  

In this episode, Louise shares her personal views and experiences on transitioning from aerospace to fashion and what she learned during the process of writing a book on leadership - Learning from Leaders. Louise also discusses a framework for organizational decision making and her experiences of different sector's approach to risk.
