As individuals, we have many different inclinations and perspectives, but we are called to hear Jesus’ will for His people, together. Andrew advises on the processes of decision making when the team is divided on a matter—the Lord has put structures in place for the sake of His church. Shepherding God’s people is never reliant on one man; He values working in team.
