It’s real talk time! Today we let you in on some of our fears and struggles while making this podcast and how we make our team stronger and figure things out together. We think you might be familiar with some of them, like being a team player, letting someone make a decision for you or when you have to make one for the team and being afraid of how it will turn out. We'll mention last week's Instagram outage and how we coped with it.  As always we wanted to give you our real selves and motivate you, while focusing on the positives and how you can always make things better by trying and doing your best.
