In this episode, we start looking at what a career actually is. Let’s redefine the word and create a career that is based on work that we love, that also supports your lifestyle. 

I share my own story of how I’ve struggled with having a balance and at one point completely identifying with my work. As I started my business three years ago when my daughter was only 18 months old, I had to relearn how to structure my work with my life. 

What do we actually need in career and life? What do you need to thrive? We can’t grow our career or our business of we don’t have a solid foundation and structure in place and that is something I go into today.
