On this episode Lauren shares with us her journey in dance, from dancing in her hometown in Florida, to living in NYC as a year round student at School of American Ballet, becoming a company member at 16 years old in one of the most prestigious companies in the world.  You will hear that Lauren left NYCB to attend college and then take a job with Pennsylvania Ballet. And now, you will hear about her current journey back to Florida to join Miami City Ballet.
