The vision behind Planted is to create a place where  leaders are invited to come and be equipped, empowered and encouraged. The goal is to keep it simple. It will consist of 5-10 minutes for introductions and announcements, 30 minutes of a TED-talk style conversation on leadership and ministry, 20 minutes to discuss in a group how this applies to our lives and ministry, and 20 minutes of praying with each other. The speakers will be different leaders from throughout the community.

The goal will be to 1) Equip leaders to serve their churches better. 2) Encourage them as they meet other 2nd generation leaders that have the same struggles. 3) Empower them as they pray and ask God to move in their churches and to use them in the process.
