Today, we're breaking down what underdog leadership is all about. I wanted to talk about this term I will continue to use and what it means to me and how you can leverage this knowledge to notice your own behaviors.

I've always been a champion of the underdog and the journey from operating as a number two, to becoming a number one in leadership; particularly those people who have had to overcome hardships and barriers. Today we talk about stepping into your power.

Underdog leaders are the new models that we need. They experience exclusion and types of discrimination. Dismissal of contribution is being tolerated in the playing field. This episode will help you realize that you can't control the hurdles but what you can do is show up. I'll be also giving examples of underdog leaders who survived those hurdles.
