Lindsay specialises in the art of motivation. She’s a frequent speaker at industry events, with recent appearances at the IC Leader Forum, Driving Change Conference, Silicon Valley Employer’s Forum, and the Health & Benefits Leadership Conference. Her thought leadership appears in a wide variety of industry publications, including HRDirector, Workforce, and Human Resources Executive. 

She bridges the gap between theory and action, with over 10 years of communication consultancy experience as well as holding a MSc in Behavioural Science from The London School of Economics. She is a Forbes Contributor.
