Years ago, I learned from the Shaolin Master Shi Heng Yi that it is important not to pull [closer] the things we like or to push [away] the things we don't like. This is because, eventually, what we pull closer will swing away and what we push away will swing closer. Do Not Let Feelings or Materialistic Things Define Your Spirit and Way of Being. The goal is to find The Middle Way. The middle way is not the middle, it is the merging of two extremes - good and evil, happy and sad, dark and light, negative and positive - and flowing with them as a Whole. This is Harmony, Balance and Alignment. In doing so, we allow our feeling to not define us, but to express who we are in moments of being. Enjoy this journey and the transmissions shared.
