Richard Haiduck went after his life long dream in retirement by becoming an author. He led a long and successful career as an executive and mentor in the Life Sciences industry before retiring in 2019. He has since fulfilled his dream and published his book, Shifting Gears: 50 Baby Boomers Share their Meaningful Journeys in Retirement. He is amplifying boomer retirement stories, through his book, blogs, social media and podcasts. He has become the voice of boomer retirement and is living his best life, fulfilling his long dormant goals, continuously learning through Stanford, lectures and zooms, staying active and mentoring good work organizations.
