The relationships you cultivate while you’re in the early stages of building your business are invaluable. Your followers are loyal to you, not your competitors, because you understand their desires, goals, struggles, and stories. You’re intimately familiar with the type of support your customers need, and that knowledge cannot be replaced by a big-name competitor.
