When I first saw the headlines that highlighted how the New Age Spirituality movement had a QAnon problem, I knew that all of the anti-vaccine messaging I had seen on Instagram from the spiritual community had darker origins that I first realized. It wasn't until I heard a spiritual teacher say that the vaccine could be alchemized did I ever consider that some of the spiritual teachers and guides I had put on a pedestal may not be as conscious or living without fear as they proclaimed.

In this episode, I'm sharing my story of why I chose to get vaccinated, the power of alchemizing the vaccine, just like you would alchemize trauma or any other heavy, dense, dark energies or illnesses, why I vote, read the news, and pay attention to politics, yet also subscribe to the belief that my thoughts create my reality.
