C.J. is the Co-Founder and CEO of Diamond Kinetics. He is responsible for leading commercialization efforts of all products and applications, as well as guiding the overall vision and strategy for the company. 

Prior to Diamond Kinetics, C.J. served as director of an early stage technology commercialization program at the University of Pittsburgh. C.J. serves on the advisory boards of several Pittsburgh start up companies and is actively involved with several local non-profit organizations. 

A native of Greenville, N.C., C.J. holds a B.S. from North Carolina State University and a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
