The way that others perceive our church is closely tied to how we conduct ourselves.  How are you conducting yourself?

Be involved in things aside from the worship ministry

Be mindful of your desires and how you satisfy them.

Learn to be content with where you are in ministry!

If you can't be a good "Number 2", you will never be a good "Number 1".  Learn to be content and faithful with where you are in ministry.
