Professor Gavin Hain of Fight Club Jiu Jitsu is a 1st Degree Black Belt under Professor Daniel Lima, he sits down with Thomas to discuss all things Jiu Jitsu and his life as a martial artist. Gavin is a professional MMA fighter who previously held the lightweight title in the XFC and has now turned his focus to coaching his students.

He is a coach, mentor and friend of mine as well as many others at Fight Club Jiu Jitsu. It was a pleasure to talk with him about his passion for martial arts.
