This episode is going to cover a few things we’ve already discussed but we think it’s good to have a refresher to start off the new year. If you already have goals set, you’re already on the path, then perhaps you don’t need to start new goals but just go back and really reassess the way you’re going about achieving them.

- envision your goals - every aspect of your life. Health, family, career, friends, finances, living situation, personal growth, adventure and whatever matters to you.
- Be specific about each one. You don’t want to just focus on one goal because then the other goals will drop off.
- Make sure that’s it’s realistic.
- She talks about prioritizing and planning your goals. Listen to our podcasts on planning to get a good idea on how to organize and plan your goals.
- Take action! Get started, get moving, get momentum.
- Be disciplined and consistent.
- Track your progress. This is where your planner comes in. If not just write out the tasks and cross them off. Keep yourself accountable.
