On the show, he visits struggling companies to see about creating a strategic partnership. He comes in to strike up a deal where he buys in as a partner and begins to turn these companies around.
It is extraordinary to see the transformations in a short period of time. The show itself is fascinating and captivating but I don't watch it just for its entertainment value. I mostly watch it to learn.
Every transformation is based around what Marcus calls his 3 P’s - people, process, and product. That’s it. It is that simple. Sure, there are complexities to master each of them but the ability to focus on the MAIN thing is paramount in creating success.
