This week, Cody and Elaine talk about two different types of triggers. Triggers are those things that seem to just set Christians off. Anything from Harry Potter to dirty words, yes these are the things that Christians often get up in arms over (despite ignoring the real problems that often are looming in the shadows). Man, we sure can overreact sometimes. — They also talk about emotional triggers, those moments when something rubs us the wrong way and stirs up a negative emotion from something that has happened in the past. they recount a couple of key moments in their lives they have had to work through some of those “trigger moments” and discuss how to notice them when they come up.
