Our show is broken into eight segments.  Here’s a breakdown of what goes down in today’s show!  (Tip: you can easily move between segments using the chapter feature in your podcast app!)

Segment 1: We open the show with our usual banter.  We introduce a new face in the studio, the beards talk about their luscious facial hair, and Zach tells a story about his encounter with the homeless.

Segment 2: We talk about Dwayne Johnson’s rookie card going for $45k, which leads us into a conversation on Jonah’s sports cards and the WWE.

Segment 3: We talk about Jamaica’s shortage of marijuana and how we celebrate Valentine’s day.

Segment 4: We look at an odd study suggesting that being overweight can actually be good, then we turn to Zach’s Beard Bod update for the day.

Segment 5: Zach talks with Ty Oswald about his launching of the Bearded Warrior Project, during which he shares his personal background including military service and mental struggle.

Segment 6: Zach and Ty continue discussing the Bearded Warrior Project.

Segment 7: We take a look at some unconventional Valentine’s cards.

Segment 8: We look through some unusual “did you know?” facts before Dorothy calls in to resume our conversation about mental health as it relates to veterans.
