Continuing in our study of encountering Jesus in the book of John, we find a Jesus who messes with people's perspectives and understandings all the time, risking being misunderstood Himself. This is part of the light He brings into our darkness, and our being confused and even offended is the risk He takes in bringing us to understanding.
