In this episode, Tyler and Kota go over the four personality types of people you will meet on the doors. The four are the Bull, Owl, Tiger, and the Lamb. By knowing these personality types you can figure out which personality you're talking to at the doors. This allows you to mirror their actions (tone and body language) and lower their defenses to the stranger at the door.
