Be careful who you delegate/outsource to; and if you do, then have a backup plan.  In fact, I should have known I was in trouble on day one, but not wanting confrontation, I let the ball drop and then two weeks went by.  I failed you dear listeners, and so here is my comeback podcast.  With warnings of creating backup plans for your own life as you masterfully delegate out time wasting tasks to others, you need to have those checks and balances and accountability.
