Hey Change Maker!  My guest this week is Mary Nelson, founder of The Mercy Kids, a nonprofit providing care for children with disabilities in Nicaragua.

 

ABOUT MARY:

After moving to Kenya in 2006, for a year, to adopt, Mary’s life course took a turn in a new direction. Seeing poverty first hand led her to fair trade which then took her to Nicaragua where she now is part of an amazing team running a medical center for kids with disabilities.

 

ABOUT THE MERCY KIDS:

The Mercy Kids helps to bring hope, healing and dignity to kids with disabilities in a rural area in Nicaragua.
