These layers can mask not just who we are but what we actually want for our lives. We are living in our own shadow. And we get 1 life.
In this episode, I encourage you to really sit with feelings and emotions (listed below) so you can work out which feelings evoke the most positive and most negative physical and mental responses for you.
Stress? Overwhelm? Tiredness? Grief? Shame? Sadness? Anger? Fear? Disgust? Disappointment? Regret? Anxiety? Annoyance? Loneliness?
Hope? Joy? A sense of achievement? Pride? Comfort? Awe? Euphoria? Contentment? Self assuredness? Happiness? Admiration? Gratitude? Satisfaction? Amusement? Love? Feeling relaxed?
