022 Tom Malloy - Actor-Writer-Producer
Tom Malloy is a critically acclaimed and award winning actor, Tom initially wowed Hollywood with his stunning turn in the indie-cult favorite GRAVESEND in 1998, which was produced by Oliver Stone. Tom became a trendsetter as one of the first successful triple-hyphenate Actor/Writer/Producers and has raised more than $25 million in private equity from independent financiers and has written, produced and starred or co-starred in nearly all the films that his company Trick Candle Productions has made.
He is also currently the President and Co-Founder of Glass House Distribution, a foreign sales and distribution company headquartered in NY.
Tom is currently starring with Comedian Scott Baker in the AMAZON improv cop comedy MIDTOWN (initially premiering at the LA Comedy Festival, the show is now in its 2nd season with 70,000 average views/month). Tom is also a graduate of the famous Improv Olympic (I.O.) Training Center in Los Angeles. As a Stand Up Comic, Tom has appeared at Caroline's Comedy Club and the Broadway Comedy Club in NYC, the Funny Bone in Syracuse, NY, and at the LA Improv.
Most recent films include: the lead role in the found footage horror #SCREAMERS (set to release to theaters late 2017, twice called the BEST Found Footage Movie of all time), the lead male role in the dramatic SHATTERED (releasing in November) opposite Ray Wise, HERO OF THE UNDERWORLD (Hulu), starring Malloy, Nicole Fox, and Quinton Aaron (NOTE: Malloy has won 3 BEST ACTOR Awards for this film), FAIR HAVEN (Showtime) starring Tom Wopat and Michael Grant, ASHLEY, which was in theaters in 2013, and is now on VOD, the romantic comedy LOVE N’ DANCING, which was directed by Rob Iscove, and stars Amy Smart, Tom Malloy, Billy Zane, Rachel Dratch, and Betty White; the psychological thriller THE ALPHABET KILLER, starring Eliza Dushku, Cary Elwes, Malloy, Timothy Hutton, Michael Ironside, Melissa Leo; and a thriller directed by Mary Lambert, THE ATTIC, starring John Savage, Malloy, and Elisabeth Moss.
