Had the pleasure of talking with Diana Iracheta, founder of Latina Engineer. Diana is a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from NIU. She is almost 2 years into her career with Methode Electronics where she works as a Manufacturing Engineer. Diana is a huge advocate for woma\en in engineering and started the Latina Engineer movement, which includes advocacy, merchandise, and overall great vibes.
